Three officers from the Afghanistan National Army are missing and unaccounted for after disappearing on a supervised shopping trip in Cape Cod. The three men — a major and two captains — were reportedly part of a group of 15 soldiers and officers from Afghanistan participating in annual joint exercises on Otis Air National Guard Base.
