The FBI in 2004 captured documents in a raid on a suspect's home in Falls Church, Virginia, that revealed the Muslim Brotherhood plan to infiltrate and change American society from within, using liberal immigration programs and the nation's own civil liberties against it.
That document, called the Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal for the Group in North America, was presented as evidence in 2008 during the Holy Land Foundation terror-financing trial in Dallas, Texas. It laid out a plan for Sunni Muslims to wage nonviolent jihad against the United States, taking a long-term approach based on immigration, non-assimilation and other tactical efforts that would basically change American values by changing its people.
